Cliveden Private View.

Well after becoming an official artist to the National Trust in 2019 it felt like a long time coming having to wait for a time when the dreaded Covid thingy would take a step back enough to allow my first exhibition for them to take place.

After several setbacks and cancellations of proposed dates it seemed like it would never happen. However over the weekend of 20^th Aug 2021 we managed to hold the event, and what an event we had. The private view on the Friday evening saw over forty people making the journey to attend and the atmosphere was amazing.

The exhibition took place in the Sound Chamber at the rear of Cliveden House over looking the lawn towards the River Thames and Cookham beyond, a spectacular view with the sun setting in the distance.

So now we are looking at the next National Trust properties to paint and as soon as we know more I will be letting you know…….looking forward to seeing you there!
